Simple. There is 7 douchebags (and moderators doesn't allow me to reveal their names) who downvote other people without even reading what they post, but doesn't post anything themselves.

They are toxic and useless people who slowly, but surely makes these boards into unpleasant place to be.

So, i propose that people here should be allowed to upvote or downvote others only if they have posted anything in the last 3 days. If they haven't posted anything, then they shouldn't be allowed to rate other people.

I have no clue to whom you are referring, and I don't know where you're even getting that information from. I rarely even see anything with -7 outside of GD unless it's blatant spam or completely misguided regardless.

So, i propose that people here should be allowed to upvote or downvote others only if they have posted anything in the last 3 days. If they haven't posted anything, then they shouldn't be allowed to rate other people.

Lurkers are a huge part of any forum community, and forcing people to post consistently just to participate would likely fracture that subsection. I'm sure this would also get annoying for me as well, as I occasionally have a few days in a row where I don't post but I still like upvoting/reading through things.

Don't you see the pattern? Same 5 people are downvoting everything and don't even read what they are downvoting. 2 more of these kids always try to find my discussions to downvote them.

These people are useless and everyone would be happier if these people would be permanently banned. They are downvoting everything and without even reading what they are downvoting.

Is that the behavior you like? Are you happy to have people like that in this forum?

I made tons of unique and fun concepts in 1 month i am active here than any other people in that forum. I am being arrogant, i am saying the truth. However, jealousy is a big nasty monster, so people who are jealous of my is just blindly downvoting everything, not only my. But me the most. You should know how this works, when toxic people find someone better than them, they try to remove them and feel better about themselves. Simple as that.

If you feel you are one of the best concept writers out there, you shouldn't need to tell other people about it; truly great content speaks for itself. :)

I would attribute it more to annoyance rather than jealousy, honestly. It can get tiring to deal with people who profess their own greatness even when it's apt, and it's an interesting concept since many of our great scientific minds remain humble and good-natured despite their incredible contributions.

I really like the thematic of this champ, but i think that the woman in robes wielding a giant scythe is just a bit "cliche"maybe? Anyway the kit is very nice! What I prefer over all is the interactions between her spells (like her passive and ult, very unique and interesting!).

Her passive however, is very nice and fits well with her kit, but I just feel like it resembles too much Fiddlesticks' passive of MR shredding. I feel like its just a more interesting version of his passive.

Her Q even though is a basic line skillshot, has a very unique twist to it. I really like the delayed fear that comes closer the more she Autoattacks. It adds such a psychological fear of: Ah shit ah shit i don't want to die! A bit llike Thresh's Death Sentence. ++!

The W is really cool too. However, the AD scaling puts me off. (if I understand correctly) She benefits from autoattacking so I understand why you would want the players to build some AD. If it had AP scaling, all her spells could hit harder and if her E does bonus MAGIC damage, it could benefit from magic penetration and you could even add an AP scaling to the percentage bonus damage so players could benefit even more from AAing.

Like i said before, is it magic or physical bonus damage and i think you could add a SMALL ap scaling

Just as I said in my "intro" i really like the interaction between ult and passive. Unique and original, it adds an even more "Oh shit" moment for the other team. Wouldn't change a thing except the passive for a more scary one!

Overall, really sweet concept! !

This is a pretty awesome champion concept. Not sure if the artwork is original to you, but even if it's not, it's pretty sweet. Also, I very much like the creativity on both the Q and the W. The only issue I have is that there's not really an explanation in this post of exactly what the idea you're going for here is. From the artwork and abilities/ability names, I'm assuming this is some kind of soul-stealing swamp demon/conglomerate of demons, but then you call him/it the creator of nightmares. I understand if you don't have a full-fledged Lore written out, but a sentence or two explaining sort of what this thing is could go a long way. Again, though, this seems like a sweet concept. You have my upvote.

No, there isn't a small group of people who downvote everything which have downvoted this thread. There are several people who have been on the boards long enough to see this thread posted over and over and over again. They know it doesn't have a leg to stand on and isn't worth discussing again, so they down vote and move along to a thread that's worth discussing.

You proposed solution has people making garbage posts once in a while, then downvoting every post for the next three days. You would honestly not see a decrease in downvotes if it was a group of trolls downvoting everything, but you would see a decrease in the number of upvotes from lurkers. Additionally, you'd see an increase in spam from lurkers who decide something is worth upvoting, since they'd then go and post "that's great!" or other useless, non-discussion posts in order to get their upvote.

Every suggestion to prevent people from downvoting without posting ultimately would create more problems than they'd solve.

Then suggest some better solution for the problem.

I don't really care about some underage kid downvoting everything that much. But, other people tends to read only on most upvoted posts, so they miss a chance to read on other really good posts (done by many people besides me) just because they posted their topic when downvoters were present.

The best solution to the problem is Riot allowing people to not display boards they have no interest in. I think a significant portion of the boards population doesn't sort by a specific section, skimming that section before going to the next section. They use the Boards Home to see everything they care about in one glance. Unfortunately, it also shows everything they don't care about.

Many people find the posts in the Skins and Champion Concepts section to be absolutely pointless. They see a post of Ovher Phaward the Dragon for the umpteenth time and they think "ENOUGH! I'm tired of seeing this crap!" and downvote it. If it wasn't forced on people who didn't care about it (but cared about the rest of the boards generally), then it wouldn't be downvoted by those who don't care about it.

There is literally 7 people who downvotes everything in skins and champion concepts part. It was written inside of the thread already. How do you missed that?

You can't downvote what you can't see. Have the Boards Home start out blank, and people check what they want to see. They'll see far less content that is useless (and worthy of downvotes) that way.

If you're looking for a solution that 100% prevents troll downvotes and doesn't cause more problems than currently exist, you're not going to find it.
