Information is chaotically placed and formatted in a confusing manner

I don't like the fact that the OP is so separated from replies and that replies are comments and out of order it's confusing and unhelpful. I also don't like the upvote/downvote controlling replies order as it creates situations where good replies can be buried and also makes it extremely hard to have meaningful discussions, rather it limits the flow more to opening post -> replies and I think that hurts the viability and purpose of a forum.
