The Confuzzlement of Skin Concept Location

I'm surprised this hasn't come up more often, but with the somewhat recent sub-comm name changes there has been some confusion of where to put fan-made skin concepts. I'll admit I'm not too sure myself, Champions & Skins or Fan Creations?

Now, my personal rule of thumb is a concept is something you created so it goes into fan Creations where as feedback, opinions and alterations to live skins should go into C&S. But I can't really tell anyone there posting in wrong sub-comm either because it makes sense to do it the other way around.

Anybody else feel this way? If so, anyone have an idea on what the C&S sub-comm name could be changed to, to more accurately reflect whats wanted in it?
