Need to show riot has viewed a discussion or champion/skin submission even if they haven't commented

Even though I'm sure Riot has viewed a great many topics, the fact that they don't comment on them makes it seem like they never even looked at the posts. A huge amount of the community feels as if Riot is plain out ignoring them and that Riot doesn't even care. If it showed that Riot had viewed a post even though they had not commented on it, it would put a lot of people at ease as they would at least see that Riot is being active on the forums.

EDITED FROM ORIGINAL VERSION TO BE MORE CLEAR OF THE INTENTIONS OF THIS POST.

This is a great suggestion for things like Bug Reports and balance.

But, Champion and Skin concepts are a different animal. Riot doesn't pick things from that forum to make. They simply don't. So, if that's what you're hoping for, I'm sorry to disappoint you. They do browse it, and if there's an idea they like, they may make a note and incorporate it into something down the line. But, they're never going to lift someone's stuff from that Board and elevate it to real content.

The exception to this is a VERY small number of skins that had VERY significant community backing.

Um what? I was simply suggesting that they make something to show that they actually viewed a thread. I never said anything about wanting them to put a champion in game. I wrote "discussion or champion/skin" because I consider those two different types of forum threads and not the same thing. And I only pointed out people getting worried about their concepts from no Riot comments because I have seen some people literally freak out in their champion submition posts about not even getting a comment on them.

Then my apologies for misinterpreting. The way you talk about submissions, it sounds like you want them looked at specifically.
