[Bug] Little troubling upvoting Riot comments, possibly due to the new visibility addition

Pretty much title. Using chrome currently, adblock and QR-code translator being my only add-ons. Anytime I mouse over the upvote arrow for a Rioter comment my mouse will start spazzing out and it's somewhat difficult to finally click it. I can eventually click it, just not immediately.

Downvoting works fine (sorry Xelnath :P) so I'm guessing the new bit of red in the corner may have messed with the interface a bit.
