I made a balance post and it was deleted because the moderator did not read my post

My post was deleted because they said it belonged in Skin & Champion Concepts. However, my post is clearly talking about the balance issues between two different Riot skins -- I was not even discussing skin/champion concept skins. The post is pointing out that the default skin is, from a game advantage/balance position, the correct skin to play because it does not read as loudly, and thus results in easier play-making.
