Forum bug? Help?

The forums are bugged for me at the moment. I have updated Java and it hasn't helped.

Right under a post your should be able to choose Discussion or Chronological View. That isn't available. As such all comments are showing up in Chronological without being able to see discussions. I also can no delete comments I have made (a duplicate posted in one thread). And finally, to make a comment I have to scroll to the bottom of the page rather than the bottom of the post.

What's going on??

EDIT: This seems to be happening in the General Discussion forum. But not here in the forums forum?
