[Feedback] Upvote, downvote sprees

I was wondering if there were any plans/solution/ideas/thoughts on fixing a user's ability to go in a discussion and literally downvote every comment and the OP itself for what I can tell is no reason at all. It's not too obvious unless you come to several discussions several times a day (I'm booooored okay XD). The same but slightly less toxic issue is also with upvote sprees.

Personally I think requiring a comment for either upvoting or downvoting a discussion (maybe not a comment, that would be very inconvenient). It would probably bring the humble "bump" to this Beta.

Requiring a comment would just result in spam commenting for the downvote or upvote ability. In all honesty, forums are always pretty cirle-jerky, so I don't think you are going to find any solution to this sort of behavior as long as the upvote/downvote sort of system is in place.
