I wanted to make a post about the tribunal, but I'm not sure which sub-comm I should make it in. Suggestions?
Also, is my comfusion because I'm silly, or because we need a new sub-comm?

I imagine if there isn't a specific sub-community that jumps out screaming "Put your post here!" then you should probably just put it in Miscellaneous. The problem with repeatedly introducing new sub-communities is that you could end up with the current issue on GD, which is everything gets posted in one place and sub-communities are largely ignored by players and Riot employees.
Possibly @Bear Hat Alice, @Bob Llama as well. I'm not entirely sure myself on who is officially on the Beta Team or just has a small bit of jurisdiction within it.
I would say default to Misc., as there are is no behavior themed sub-comm right now, which Tribunal would inevitably fall under imho. Personally I would love one, and I could see it getting at least some traffic, but it may not foster as positive an atmosphere as wanted.
For now I'd post it in Miscellaneous. In the very near future we are going to be doing a much better job at defining each sub-community. Until then, when your content doesn't really make sense anywhere, post it in Misc.
