I noticed Team recruitment has no voting

Understandable given the necessary ordering needed to be fair there but the threads still have votes when on the Main Boards page. I realize making the whole main page reflect that is difficult, so if I may suggest to changing the relevant feedback message in the case of trying to vote for a 'Team recruitment' post from "So sad, you're not authorized" to "Voting is disabled on the Board" or something along those lines?

It took me awhile to figure that bit out.

Eww. I don't pay attention to Team Recruitment or the Boards Home at all, but that's really not acceptable feedback for action. The "So sad, you're not authorized" message is already pretty bad in and of itself, but its general usage is to show an internal site issue with a vote request; showing the same message for intentional platform behavior is very misleading.
