As the title says. I checked it several times, but there is no new message. The first time I've checked it, it said there was 3 messages, but I only found two, after going through those two it still said I had one new message. After checking several times it still says I have one new message but there is none.
There is a fix for this in review. Thanks everyone for the report!

I too have been experiencing this issue.
Same. Not sure how it happened. Will it be a message on April Fool's saying "go log in and collect 1 skin of your choice" and right now it's just trolling us? I'd be happy with that.

I am pretty sure it occurs when a message is deleted right after it was posted. I have the issue too. :/
I've checked my read messages and tried logging out and back in. Still that 1 message taunting me.

Yep, I currently have three "unread" messages. In my experience, it's definitely tied to messages that get deleted before they can be seen. It's minor but I see it dozens of times each day and that minor inconvenience adds up. I have to train my head to know that 3 = 0 and 4 = 1, etc.

check your Read ones, and see if you haven't read something there.
