No notifications box in the corner anymore

Forget exactly when it occurred, but that box in the upper right hand corner, that would notify me of replies to my posts and the like, has disappeared completely. I'd much appreciate if this could be fixed.

It's a bug, sometimes the page doesn't load correctly, so it doesn't show up. Try refreshing or going into another boards page

It ended up being because I changed my summoner name and it was still showing my old one for some reason.
