Giftwrapped Poro, not unlocking?
Me and a friend played and won 3 Howling Abyss PVP's and did not earn the Giftwrapped Poro Icon.

It just takes some time for the icon to show up, same as the Vilemaw during the Harrowing. Be patient, it'll show up.
Ya having the same issue myself LOL. Just be patient it will be granted eventually.

The community is right, the icon's won't insta-unlock. It takes a little time. They should show up within a day though... if that doesn't happen, then please reach out to player support!
The first day of Snowdown , I won 3+ ARAMS and 3+ Showdowns. I have still not received the Poro icon (at this point its been 3-4 days now.) Not complaining, just wondering if there is a bug with it (Several of my friends on League have received it BEFORE they finished 3 game wins on Howling Abyss.) All the other icons I got right away, after logging out and logging back in. I have been playing ARAMS and Showdowns each day in hopes of getting the one icon I actually wanted this Snowdown. I know that someone will probably quote me back a reply of "it takes the script time", I know that. I was just wondering if there is a bug or possibly some other missing aspect to the icons awarding description, like maybe winning 3 in a row or something. Any help to obtain it at this point would be great.
