This will probably sound dumb to most people but it sort of bothers me. I understand they are changing the categories around but to have champions and gameplay balance so far down the list is ridiculous.

I understand esports is big money for riot and is very important to them (I enjoy watching it too) but could they at least pretend like champions and gameplay is the most important? There would be no esports without this...

Silly request but to someone like me it does actually feel like riot cares more when the first topic you see is about champions and gameplay, not their money making operation.

They're actually just adding any 'new' Board at the bottom, above Help&Support, simple as that. Things just moved up as others were taken out. Now I agree with you the ordering could be better but I think it isn't too big of a deal for now.

Yea I realized they just added new stuff at the bottom but even the old game play and balance was still below esports

A lot of stuff was below e-sports, again I agree with you the ordering could be better but it's not like their intentionally highlighting one board over another, it's just how it panned out.

The order doesn't really make sense, yeah. Personally, this is how I'd maybe organize it for now (it's tough when it's this limited):

Announcements
Boards Feedback
Champions & Gameplay
Maps & Modes
Community Creations
Skin & Champion Concepts
eSports
Memes & Games
Miscellaneous
Help & Support (NA)

I like your ordering with the exception that I would put esports above community creations but everyone has their own opinion.

Hopefully riot will actually see this as yours is a very logical order

Fair point. My logic for the choice I made is that eSports can feasibly be grouped with Memes & Games, and maybe shouldn't split any of the gameplay/game content topics from each other.

Forum order is totally opinion-based as you mentioned, so everyone will probably have a different idea. That being said there is a basic logic to it that can be followed (official information at the top, least relevant/specific/used information at the bottom), and even though the list of boards is far from comprehensive it'd be nice for it to be at least moderately organized.

So, here's the thing: The history of the LoL forums is that the community knows fuckall about balance or gameplay. GD was constantly full of "This Champion is OP because he beat me" and "Buff my main PLEASE!"

That's what Champions and Gameplay will turn into, and it's pretty useless. I don't think it needs a high spot at all.
