Nobody cares about my discussions.

I have started several discussions on these boards. None of them have been viewed by many people, and even less have replied. One of they was asking for a riot response, but instead of replying to actual real technical issues, they prefer to talk about music in game and a new violin Fiona skin idea among other things. I don't demand a response, I just don't want to be ignored by everyone. I'll keep posting stuff until I get some actual answers. I won't give up. I'll do whatever it takes to get someone to respond who actually knows how to fix things, instead of redirecting me to a knowledge base of fixes which don't work. I don't care if I get downvotes, because deep down I know I have a legitimate reason to be pissed off.

EDIT: the downvoting has started. Keep it coming. It won't stop me from voicing my opinion. EDIT: Day two. Still no response, so will keep going. EDIT: Day three. Still no response, so will keep going x2. EDIT: Teammates continue to suck. Im sick of this game and yet I cant stop. I play well in almost every one of my games and yet i continue to get shit teammates. Fuck this.

I'm not sure what you're looking to accomplish with this thread. If an individual isn't actively participating in your content, it's likely either because it doesn't interest him/her or he/she can't speak to the topic in any appreciable way. You are also pretty passive-aggressive in almost every post you make on this platform, so it's not particularly surprising that people aren't interacting with your content in the way you expect.

You arent being ignored to spite you, its likely because your posts arent an interest to the majority of board viewers. Also just because one Riot employee comments in one section and not your doesnt mean they are ignoring you. There are different teams at Riot the skin people will respond to skins, the balance people will respond to balance issues.

Couldn't agree more. the old general discussions were much better and easier to follow. Much more intuitive.

Riot always did that even in the old GD and people did complain, tons actually. Things got worse when this new BS board came. They would often reply to random threads because they said the other threads was not their department. However I do agree that there should be more interactivity. AI would try putting a ticket (or w/e) even though you will probably get a auto response which will probably piss you off more(did to me). In the end, yes, riot need to start being more interactive, I say either all in or all out.

I think it's to do with how the thread relates to the readers problems (fizz nerfs, patch note queries, bugs) and some that attract them or offer something unique and different (skin and champ concepts, ability questions). It's all up to what the viewer wants to read and what thread discussion catches their eye. (i'm doing formal writing and advertising at school. I knew these classes would come in handy on the internet. Suck it you stupid teachers!!!)

They shouldn't have a support forum, it should be a locked forum that links you to support tickets, this is one forum where you'll never get a legit response to issues. In fact this is the only game where if you google the problem you are having you'll just find links to a lot of unanswered threads which is a shame. Having a little more transparency on fixes for common issues would probably ease the workload on their support team.

Maybe you can try discussing something that's interesting? Keep in mind no one is obligated to reply to every thread, and the fact that you are making such a big deal over not getting attention means that your essential goal on this board is skewed.

As far as support topics are concerned, you need to keep in mind that Riot isn't a single entity that does multiple things at once. As someone already pointed out, Riot has teams for specific issues: skins, balance, community, etc. So I don't think your idea that Riot "prefers to talk about music in game and a new violin Fiona skin idea among other things" is justified.

Also, consider that their are more than THOUSANDS of players who use this board, and fewer Riot employees to accommodate them all. They can't reply to everyone, even if they try.
