Nobody cares about my discussions.

I have started several discussions on these boards. None of them have been viewed by many people, and even less have replied. One of they was asking for a riot response, but instead of replying to actual real technical issues, they prefer to talk about music in game and a new violin Fiona skin idea among other things. I don't demand a response, I just don't want to be ignored by everyone. I'll keep posting stuff until I get some actual answers. I won't give up. I'll do whatever it takes to get someone to respond who actually knows how to fix things, instead of redirecting me to a knowledge base of fixes which don't work. I don't care if I get downvotes, because deep down I know I have a legitimate reason to be pissed off.

Still no response, so will keep going x2. EDIT: Teammates continue to suck. Im sick of this game and yet I cant stop. I play well in almost every one of my games and yet i continue to get shit teammates. Fuck this.

I'm not sure what you're looking to accomplish with this thread. If an individual isn't actively participating in your content, it's likely either because it doesn't interest him/her or he/she can't speak to the topic in any appreciable way. You are also pretty passive-aggressive in almost every post you make on this platform, so it's not particularly surprising that people aren't interacting with your content in the way you expect.

Believe me, I feel your frustration. I really do. I'm actually relatively critical on this platform, particularly towards Riot, and it's because I feel like there is a lot that can be improved. It's frustrating not to get a reaction, I get that.

Falling into aggression never solves anything, however, because people will just tune you out. If something is heavily critical but logically supported, it can be thought about and/or discussed rationally. If it's just blind rage, people will turn a blind eye and discount it as an irrelevant piece of feedback.

Of course, I get that, but from my point of view I did make a logical argument in my support ticket. I was very, very reasonable, but they just Copy and pasted the same response " your account showed higher than average levels of toxicity" without giving me any examples of how. It's THEM who are not discussing rationally with me. That's not my fault, it's theirs. If they are not going to respond to me rationally, then why should I?

You arent being ignored to spite you, its likely because your posts arent an interest to the majority of board viewers. Also just because one Riot employee comments in one section and not your doesnt mean they are ignoring you. There are different teams at Riot the skin people will respond to skins, the balance people will respond to balance issues.

Because they werent looking at the Boards when you posted it, it wasnt on the first page and most people dont go beyond that, they looked at it and either didnt think they needed to respond or fixed whatever the issue was and forgot to respond. Many different reasons you shouldnt just jump to "waaah im being ignored!" Look around there are more posts NOT getting a red reply then ones that are getting one. Some of these posts have thousands of views and hundreds of Upvotes and still no Red reply.

No point in complaining about it, this thread is only going to get downvoted for no reason unfortunately.

It was on the front page of help and support when I posted it, and there was at least one rioter that night who had replied to somebody else's post half an hour before I posted, even though the solution to their problem can be figured out with common sense or a quick look at the knowledge base. Also, I sent a reply to the rioters post on that so he should get a notification, and twenty four hours later he.she still hasn't bothered replying.

Yes it's sad that this gets downvoted, but I'm not giving up. I'll keep bringing it up if I have to.

...like i said there are many different reasons for him not responding... Not all my posts get attention but that doesnt bother me. I suggest you just get over it and keep posting, maybe one of your posts will get attention but complaining about it wont get you anything.

my thread isnt bein answered to and u look like u know ranked stuff. my lvl 30 friend joined a ranked team and they are in silver, but he hasn't played the games with them to get to silver, so does he still get the silver at the end of the season do u know? because he think he does but I dont think he does unless he actually plays with them to get to silver.

Riot always did that even in the old GD and people did complain, tons actually. Things got worse when this new BS board came. They would often reply to random threads because they said the other threads was not their department. However I do agree that there should be more interactivity. AI would try putting a ticket (or w/e) even though you will probably get a auto response which will probably piss you off more(did to me). In the end, yes, riot need to start being more interactive, I say either all in or all out.

I completely agree. They should be able to respond when called upon a hundred percent of the time, or never respond at all to anything ever apart from announcements. The sickening thing is that yesterday I decided to do an experiment and created a thread "I can 100 percent guarantee riot will not respond" which was completely pointless, and guess what, a rioter replied in record time. Its disgusting that troll threads like that get more attention than the serious ones made by people who require assistance.

I think it's to do with how the thread relates to the readers problems (fizz nerfs, patch note queries, bugs) and some that attract them or offer something unique and different (skin and champ concepts, ability questions). It's all up to what the viewer wants to read and what thread discussion catches their eye. (i'm doing formal writing and advertising at school. I knew these classes would come in handy on the internet. Suck it you stupid teachers!!!)

Well that's good and all. The problem is that the complaints are mine, and who wants to read other peoples complaints? Nobody really. I wouldn't be complaining though if player support gave me better answers in their support tickets, because right now it just seems like copy and paste responses that don't work. From my point of view, its sad to say that I hardly see any effort form the player support team on these boards, so its hard to respect what they do because it seems like, well, they don't do a great deal.

They shouldn't have a support forum, it should be a locked forum that links you to support tickets, this is one forum where you'll never get a legit response to issues. In fact this is the only game where if you google the problem you are having you'll just find links to a lot of unanswered threads which is a shame. Having a little more transparency on fixes for common issues would probably ease the workload on their support team.

Maybe you can try discussing something that's interesting? Keep in mind no one is obligated to reply to every thread, and the fact that you are making such a big deal over not getting attention means that your essential goal on this board is skewed.

As far as support topics are concerned, you need to keep in mind that Riot isn't a single entity that does multiple things at once. As someone already pointed out, Riot has teams for specific issues: skins, balance, community, etc. So I don't think your idea that Riot "prefers to talk about music in game and a new violin Fiona skin idea among other things" is justified.

Also, consider that their are more than THOUSANDS of players who use this board, and fewer Riot employees to accommodate them all. They can't reply to everyone, even if they try.

Sorry that talking about technical issues on here isn't interesting to most people.... Really? My goal to be on here the majority of the time is to get some actual help from Riot with the problems I have been experiencing, not to preach other people's experiences. I don't think that's skewed. It sad that I have to make a discussion about not getting help. I didn't want to have to go through this method at all, but I feel like it's the only option left (and yes, I did try being nice, and that got me nowhere).

That quote in the second paragraph? Try this. Count how many rioters have responded to posts in "help & support". Now count how many rioters who have responded to everything else. You should notice that the latter is a noticeably larger number than the former. There are so many rioters talking about silly things and not enough talking about the serious issues, so my quote is completely justified. I even made a troll thread: "I can 100% guarantee riot will not respond to this" just to see, and then as expected, a rioter replied.

Of course they can't reply to everyone, so I take it into my own hands to reply to red posts in mere minutes, and I haven't had a reply from one of them. In my book, that's just plain rude. It's not too difficult to respond by saying "I can't answer right now" or "I don't know". I should note that I select which reds I respond to depending on the topic of the discussion.
