No Down-vote Without Feedback

I am getting pretty tired of getting my posts down-voted with no reasoning. I don't think this should be allowed. I don't mind if someone doesn't agree with my ideas, I just want to hear why.

I am also convinced that a majority of the time I get these down-votes because when someone clicks on my posts and sees more than two sentences and no pictures. I tend to write long posts because I enjoy coming up with champion and item concepts. I also like to explain my ideas on specific item + champion interactions. If someone doesn't want to read my whole post, that's fine, but I shouldn't be punished for it. I would even prefer to see "TLDR" in the comments, so I can at least take that as CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM to attempt to shorten my posts. Or I could even attempt to reply to them with a summary.

Yes, concepts suffer the most. Not all of them seem lol-like, including mine, so I understand why they'll not be famous. But when you see that maximum upvotes is around 5 even for posts that simply use image or use concept of something of other game in style "I love this character from totally unrelated game, make them a champ" and people who know the game will support it, then look that skin concepts usually have up to 100 upvotes, you realize the problem is plainly with people wanting to support something they already know. On the other hand, I don't care much because it is just me filtrating ideas, Riot won't use these ideas any way. I believe they may look upon Reddit more or skin concepts more or would just use certain fature.

Right, I'm not expecting Riot to copy/paste my ideas and release a new champion or item. That, of course would be great and I would actually love to be involved in game design professionally, but I'm not holding my breath. However, I am throwing my ideas out for two reasons. First, like you said just to get them down on "paper". It's easier to really lay things out with the chance of reworking it for balance. And second, to share the idea with others and GET FEEDBACK! I think requiring at least some feedback is important because just a down-vote tells me absolutely nothing. If someone says that "You're stupid" then I know that they are just a troll and they have no legitimate reason to down-vote.
