To which thread are you referring? I went through your history and didn't see anything particularly personally aggressive.
People develop very real emotional connections to champions or other aspects of the game, and sometimes it can be hard to make the distinction between attacks against self and attacks against emotionally connected content. This is just how people are, unfortunately, and it's something that isn't likely to be fixed any time in the near future since it's somewhat ingrained in our brains.
That being said, a way to help mitigate it would be to move towards more feedback-focused discussions rather than QQ/attacking content. For example:
Option 1: "This champion f*cking sucks I hate him/her"
Option 2: "Here's why I really dislike this champion"
The second option is less of an attack and more along the lines of showing an opinion, whereas the first is very much an attack against something some players might consider almost a part of them.
