Does Riot monitor downvotes for things like how often a user downvotes vs upvotes, or downvote frequency. For example, if someone was to literally go down the list and downvote every post within a minute, does Riot see that? More importantly, do they do anything about it? Has anyone ever received any sort of warning from Riot as to their voting habits?
And if the answer to all of these questions is no, should they be monitoring this?

Upvotes & downvotes does absolutely nothing. They're just based on people's thoughts about a certain thread.
They can see, but they don't really do anything as far as I know except for extreme vote padding with botted accounts.
Yeah, I've definitely noticed an abundance of downvotes on posts that don't even makeep any sense. I recently asked a question about Hunter's Talisman and how it applies its pseudo lifesteal. It wasn't a concept, anot opinion, or anything. Boom, downvoted in minutes lol
