Does Riot monitor downvotes for things like how often a user downvotes vs upvotes, or downvote frequency. For example, if someone was to literally go down the list and downvote every post within a minute, does Riot see that? More importantly, do they do anything about it? Has anyone ever received any sort of warning from Riot as to their voting habits?
And if the answer to all of these questions is no, should they be monitoring this?

I genuinely don't believe that they do nothing. Maybe from Riot's perspective, but they do have some weight within the community, and on a personal level. Furthermore, that answers none of the questions I asked. Here's another one. Why would they have them if they meant nothing?

Maybe I honestly am being overly sensitive about it (I am, I know it), but it just sucks for me to see someone downvote my ideas, but more importantly to downvote without leaving any feedback. Its not that I don't think I should ever get downvotes, but I really really really want that feedback. I've made several posts about this recently.

Voting on the Concepts board could be turned off, though; some people just downvote all concepts in an attempt to make their own look better, as if Riot is going to use it because of that.
Elite4Runner1 votesYeah, I've definitely noticed an abundance of downvotes on posts that don't even makeep any sense. I recently asked a question about Hunter's Talisman and how it applies its pseudo lifesteal. It wasn't a concept, anot opinion, or anything. Boom, downvoted in minutes lol
