This is basically like the "stop making champions and fix the servers" argument...The development team is what would be working on mobile support, the PR/PS teams manage what the development team creates. That's simplified, but the different aspects are handled by different teams.

Daen nailed it. I'm on the Boards dev team and we have nothing to do with what goes in the sidebar nav. However, we are working on such things as mobile support, and other... features.

I've managed to get it done, but it always takes 5 minutes when it logs me out automatically. Huge pain in the ass.
