Yesterday I couldn't move my camera to the right, because it would go off screen (I have 2 screens and league of legends is on my left screen)
Or can I just dump these sort of questions on the bug forum? mehehehe

Sounds like it's a problem with your setup, not a bug with League; I'd put it in Help & Support. Or you can send in a support ticket and they'll try to help you resolve it. If you drop it in the Bug report section it'll likely be deleted for being in the wrong section.
