[Idea] Temporary Sub-Communities

So if you've been on the forums for a while you'll now that there are ebbs and flows of topics. Whether it was the great Sion Relaunch Thread Debacle of the early days or the current Fantasy LCS Invasion we have today, there will be times when a certain topic or event will absolutely dominate and very effectively flood the forums with their own separate posts. So what if there was the option of a temporary sub-comm, which does not feed into the front page, that can be altered to handle the latest and greatest topic Invasion. Naturally this wouldn't be a user feature, just a pre-built system for Rioters to have the option to use if needed.

Take right now for example, LCS Fantasy Team recruitment is everywhere! I personally tried to help by making a separate post to accommodate them in the comments, but that still isn't as favorable as making your own, much more visible post, as the continued team posts are a testament to. Now I love the Fantasy LCS Beta, and I love to see so many people excited about it, but there are also people on the forums who aren't taken away by the latest fads and would rather not have it all over their normal forum activity, which is also understandable. So don't take this as a "I want the recruitment posts gone" but a "Let's make this work for everyone" post.
