The Gameplay & Balance board seems to frequently have topics with 0's mere seconds after they are posted. Do you ever look into stuff like that to see if they are being caused by bots or trolls? Or is that beneath your attentions?
Actually i think the reason you notice this is the "me first" mentality, let me explain. I go on there and i have an issue i feel is more important, down voting others who are posting topics i feel are less important may help. Personally i feel if you down vote it must force you to post on the thread to explain why you down voted. this will help mods find the trolls faster. and it will also keep more threads in the spotlight possibly making for some interesting conversations and solutions to the problems.
just dont post in GD if ur not complaining about a champion being overpowered or posting a thread for pictures of cats/anime ur just gonna get downvoted immediately
as for gameplay and balance i dont see many threads downvoted unless its a bad idea that the OP has posted
