Reds in the Help & Support Board

Dear Reds, So I have had some technical issues recently, and I have been trying to get some help with them. I, however, have noticed that Help & Support Reds hardly ever post. I understand, they are probably busy a lot of the time, given how many technical bugs that pop up all of the time, but I feel that if there was a board where people truly need the help of the Rioters, it would be that board. I know that this system is a courtesy to us, the players, but I feel that if you are going to spend man-hours scanning the boards in things like Community Concepts, a few of those guys could pop into the Help & Support Board every now and then and see if they can't hunt down a few answers for the suffering masses. Thank you for all of the hard work you guys put into this game and the community. It is really appreciated by all of us.

Your problem will get looked at if you submit a support ticket. If you're looking for input from fellow players, that is when you use the boards. The boards are for us far more than it is for them.

The thing is ANY rioter can look at the community concepts and post. NOT all rioters can fix bugs, in fact a good portion of them probably have no clue where to even begin on helping to fix it.

There will always be higher red traffic in the broader more open subjects, anything that requires specific knowledge... Not so much.

Day 9 without a single Red saying a word in Help & Support... Again, I know they are busy, but what is the point of the board if no one is going to help us?
