Still pretty upset about the glacial pace of support and the inability to actually help me so far though. That ain't cool.

So my feedback is that it's interesting that you chose not to have bans carry over from the forums onto this. Seems like you're opening a gateway to a bunch of negative things. Myself not included, as my ban was justified but my perma was not.

I mean already people have tons of smurfs from the forums so they can upvote/downvote things to oblivion on this.

EDIT: Apparently, after speaking with some of the creators in the feedback chatroom on PVP.net client, they don't plan on importing bans from the forums to here. Personally I've got reservations about this (Considering we're allowing less constructive members vs. unbanning more positive influences) but at the very least they'll have a "red flag" for those who have done wrong in the past but still persist in the community.

Also, I've been told that the moderation plans for this here beta site are going to be better handled than the forums, so you guys can look forward to that.
