[Bug Report] Voting system can cause illogical ordering of posts at max depth

Steps to reproduce:

• Make a comment train to the point where it is no longer indenting.
• Downvote parent comment at max depth
• Upvote reply to said comment
• Observe that you'd still expect the reply to be below the parent
• Observe that the parent is in actuality displayed below the reply.
