[Suggestion] Thread Creation UX Suggestion: Always Require Manual Board Selection (@sweet)

I started to respond with, "How could you miss the dropdown? You literally need to click on it and select a board before it'll let you post?"

Then I realized, OP probably clicked the 'Create a Discussion' button from within a board, so the dropdown was auto-filled. I know it'd be a slight inconvenience to have to select your board each time you post, but I'd personally rather have to select my board each time than have an accidentally misposted thread deleted.
