It honestly doesn't feel like this even works...... I know that you guys are busy but can you have at least have a team dedicated to helping out users? Also in "Submit a Request" why does it only have four options?

Report a Bug is read by Rioters, believe me. A lot of times, we just don't have the time to respond to everyone.

Boards Feedback is read too :)
