Posting the Wrong Section

Got a post deleted for posting in the wrong section even though that particular section had a few posts of the same/similar topics(the new launcher/landing vu). It said it belonged in "Help & Support" and frankly, I don't even see how it fits in that category AT ALL. I wasn't asking for help or support, I was providing feedback on the new visual update. That being said, I assume it was deleted at the discretion of a moderator? And if it was, while I understand that they are human and make mistakes, why would the make such an obviously WRONG decision? Do they consult no one else?
