[Bug] Red Tracker, Guidelines box overlap

Very very briefly, literally one tick of the wheelhouse can get an interestingly chaotic result on the right side of the screen. Not a huge thing, and from what I can tell it takes a good few criteria (long red comment, certain area on scrolling, possibly screen resolution) to happen, so just throwing it out there.
