Community Creations... went back on time?

I wanted to make a post on Community Creation and I found it totally empty, I have attached a screenshot.

I am using windows 8.1 x64 with firefox 33.1.1. I had no problems with chrome instead.

EDIT: it looks normal now, probably does not always happen?

Just reload the page...it happens every great once in a while.
