[Idea] Enhance the Icon Toolbar

So we have the awesome toolbar with champion, item and summoner spell icons, but can't we go even farther? There's icon art for Baron, turrets, champion abilities, in-game summoner icons, runes, buffs, de-buffs, hidden passives. So much more! I don't pretend to know how difficult it would be, but the more the merrier right?

Thoughts anyone?
