Where do we talk about famous board members?

There are many famous/infamous members of these boards that call attention to themselves. Where would one make a topic about these users? Is it just considered a Misc topic? or is it some thing that is against the rules.

I personally think that when people have a history on a open forum, that a greater topic about the person should be allowed, instead of reactionary posts. Am i wrong and alone on this?

I know you're allowed to call on specific people for the purposes of a Memes & Games back and forth, but I doubt that's what you're after. GD also has a history of calling on specific people in threads, but I would never suggest people go to that section for anything.

I guess the best way to find out would be to try Miscellaneous and see if a mod dislikes your thread or not.
