please make like world of warcraft a forum for each champion.
i want to discuss build, champ, and balance about a particular champ so i need specific forum for each champion

No because then there would be a riven and katarina section where players would legitimately go asking how to get better with that champ (lol) and those 2 forums would have players thinking theyre actually good.
