Why are people always complaining about Riot not responding? From what I've seen, when a Rioter responds we have a handful of people who decide to flame the rioter for talking, and badger them about topics completely unrelated to the subject they posted on.

While Riot's inactivity on these boards HAS been addressed, and is understandable due to the amount of toxicity that is known as the League of Legends boards, Riot should still enlighten it's community about what they have planned.

I found this video on youtube, which clearly demonstrates my point, and I feel like Riot should definitely take this video to heart.

This accurately represents what Riot should be doing to improve their company, and I hope Riot will listen to what Gbay says in this video.

Guy just comes in and says he wants to feed. I'd like if a rioter would be able to ban him before he gets into any other matches. No reason to have someone come into the game who purposely ruins it.
