Everyday I see a ton of people posting rework, Item, summoner spell ideas in the gameplay section. This pretty much makes it hard to talk about actual balance who not make seperate board for "idea guys".
It's called Concepts & Creations. If it's a full-rework type discussion, then that's where it's supposed to go and we do try to redirect posts like that as often as possible, but some still slip through.
That being said, posting about minor changes to things is perfectly acceptable in Gameplay.
That might give people the impression that Riot is seriously considering player suggestions most of the time, when in reality they are largely passed over because players don't know what it takes to make and balance the game.
There was a board for suggestions, even the most positive and constructive suggestions were ignored and downvoted 100s of times and turned into flame wars so they removed/changed it.
