[Feedback] Rioter Rundown

I like it. Really makes navigating the entire red conversation easier. I can imagine people like Moobeat and Lolking writers are silently thanking you as well. Question, however, what is the exact threshold for rundown being activated or is it actually a manual thing?

I do have one problem with it, is the real estate taken up by the rundown button at the bottom of the post really necessary? I completely understand about increasing visibility to a new feature, but personally I feel having the rundown button on the Red tracker would be enough. As people interested in the red replies would be looking in that area anyway. And on that note, could the rundown button on the red tracker be placed at the top of the box. I still have the occasional time where the 'preview' bugs to the entire red comment and if it's long that means the button will be a good ways down the page.

My $0.02, but overall I'm thankful for the feature.
