Thoughts on showing who has access to the PBE?

So showing, via mouse over box, anyone who has access to PBE through a linked account on the forums. Good idea or no? I feel like it would be nice to have 'credentials' of sorts for talking about PBE related material, and also be able to differentiate between PBE testers and people who get their information from 3rd party sites.

Not saying people not in the PBE shouldn't talk about it, but it would be easier to know why if they were mistaken on a point or two without having to question their source. I realize not all PBE testers have linked accounts due to region (at least that's what I've heard) so it's not an all encompassing idea but it's a start.

Thoughts?

This idea sits really weird with me. The intentions are there as is the potential, but I think it may lead to social issues more so than the actual purpose it works towards. Separating people by privilege has tended to result in this throughout history. That's just my initial thought though.

I think a sub-c within the Live Balance sub-c for indirect PBE changes information might help as well. It would both give people who aren't in PBE but have info from third party sites to discuss it, and open up room for an area where the PBE content itself can be posted for viewing purposes on the forum.

When it comes down to it I kinda want it more for quickly identifying people not getting their info from PBE themselves, and do it indirectly. I honestly trust the majority of the PBE community to not be pretentious about it surprisingly. A lot of them are positive and helpful people both in the forums and in-game.

That being said it's still an area for concern I will fully admit.
