Riot can we please remove the option to downvote a post before opening it?

I'm tired of my posts being bombed with downvotes because people do not agree with the title, even if it goes along with what they probably want to hear. I'm OK with downvotes but when it is so obvious that people have not read the post it gets very annoying.

I mouse over and most posts can be read entirely that way.

I could read your entire post without opining it...why should I have to open a thread that say something stupid like " I hate x champ" and only this. NO reason for people to have to waist time with this.
