[Idea] Honor points from Forum Activity

So after reading quite a few posts about both the lack of honor at high elos and wanting to expand upon the awesome tool that is the linked profile within the Beta, I had a thought. Can we incorporate the honor initiative into forum behavior somehow?

After some thought there are a few ways to do this, and more, these are simply ones I've thought of.

####1)Global upvotes
certain number of upvotes = a friendly honor point, or helpful, it could possibly depend on what sub-communities you got the upvotes from. This does have a capacity to be misdirected though, if someone happens to hit a trending topic or gets a small following of trolls. That's ok though because trending and trolling happens in bursts so they won't keep the ribbon for long.

####2)Recommendations
Someone can look your profile up via the name link and go out of their way to give a +1 to a 'forum reputation' of some kind. This can have a 1 for 1 for honor or a multiplier to Friendly. This has the possibility of lack of use/testing due to the small numbers currently, but has versatility as far as weighting and such. i.e. A Rioter +1'ing you would count for +20 etc.

####3)Rioter specific Recommendations
Let's face it fellas. To get something in-game, even as little as a loading screen ribbon, for forum behavior you have be pretty freaking awesome. So why not let the rioters in the Beta team and other areas have another little extra they can do on top of simply posting. This may drastically increase off-topic replies to red posts and comments to garner undeserved attention, but there's already a huge amount from what I've seen so no big change there....

No matter what, this would require a hell of a lot of work and coordination from the Beta team and a whole lotta patience from us as a community. But I personally am a huge fan of this Honor Initiative solution because lack of honor is most prevalent in high elo, and high elo players are more likely to stalk forums (imho), but this still gives the same opportunity to anyone involved. Either way, if we want this to happen in any form we need to show a lot of support! Upvote! Comment! Share! We can make this happen!

Great idea! I'd love to see some sort of reputation system and this seems to fit the bill. I know Riot has some ideas about revamping the Honor Initiative but I think they should seriously consider something like this.

This would encourage more people to browse the forums, and give out helpful information due to the possible rewards. Awesome idea! My only suggestion would be to the Riot Specific Recommendations. Maybe give out a special ribbon showing off that you pleased a Riot worker? :D

They need to do something, they update everything else, Might as well update Honor system, after 30, Honor is nearly impossible, and for those who were naughty enough to lose it , than smart enough to learn better. you practically cannot get it back at that point.
