Can we have a "suggestions" board?

I have a suggestion to change the client window: right now, it locks in place when a match is found. If you moved the window around, then you might not be able to click "accept," and you also cannot move the window so you can click on it. It'd be nice to alert the staff about this. But, what can I do? It's not a bug, technically, and was removed when I posted it there. It's not related to gameplay and balance, either. Throwing it out into the sea of Miscellaneous is never going to go anywhere.

There needs to be a place to post about modifications that need to be made, that aren't related to game strategy.

"Gameplay and Balance," is pretty heavily focused around specifically items and champions. Maybe that board could be broken in "Champions and Items" and a new board for, I don't know, "General Suggestions?" "LoL Features?" "Improvements to LoL." Something to encompass improvements to the whole game experience.
