ETA on Vel'koz being available in the champion icons?

While we're at it, how long do you guys foresee champion/item additions taking when it comes to the community platform? Aiming to add them the same day as the patch they're released in? A little after? etc etc.

I suppose this goes for splash art/icon updates too.
