Why does the top section of the boards page gets cut off?
The part that includes game info. Always gets cut off when I scroll down. I try to scroll up and nothing. Have to refresh the page.

That's strange. What browser are you using? I typically suggest clearing your browser cache if you're having issues with the website.
If that doesn't work I don't know what the issue might be, but another solution could be to start using the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK). One of its features is having the navigation bar scroll down with the page, and this may prevent that error.
