When creating a discussion, put Misc at the top.

I feel like people often put their post in Boards Feedback simply because its the first board on the list. I'm not sure if it's possible without rearranging the order on the sidebar, but I think moving Misc to be the first board on the list would significantly decrease the number of mis-posts.
