I still can't stand boards.

Downvote me all you want, but this entire thing still has issues that I haven't seen addressed. The top posts for the day having 50+ upvotes (i hate the vote system) is a clear sign that a large chunk of the community left for other types of discussion.

Chronological is a failure due to the fact that nesting doesn't automatically quote in chrono view. It's terrible on tablet. Less red replies. No more Rammus OK threads I can bump. Honestly I am down right pissed that I can no longer engage in a community that decided "Screw Boards, I am leaving:"

We were content with having boards, even with them being shoved down our throats in GD, but we still had GD.

Anyways this is just a rant of frustration that I can no longer enjoy a forum I have been visiting for the past few years. Take it as it is, but I am really sad I lost that type of communication.

People didn't want to adapt to something they didn't necessarily enjoy, so they left. How life works. If you don't like, then don't stay! I mean, why suffer? Personally I like the boards in that I see progress finally happening in things, which never ever happened on the old GD. Riot gets a new start here. And while they still remain pretty slow for a gaming company in its updates and what not, at least they communicate with us this time. They avoided GD as everything spewed out of GD's mouth was negative and spiteful 99% of the time.

I do miss the old GD, but something new never hurts once you figure out how to navigate around in it.
