Red Tracker improvement

Add options to sort by board type. I like hearing substantial Red feedback, but could care less about frivilous things like skins and memes.

Other boards have the thing at top for "hot new recent", add something similar with particular boards, so if I want to see tips or champ feedback boards Red posts I dont have to scroll through tons of Red posts in things that dont matter as far as gameplay is concerned.
