Having a "Garbage Bin" board for venting frustration about LoL and other misc content

Lost a game? Complain about it on the Garbage Bin. Didn't like a pick a teammate made? Talk about it there. OP champ on enemy team? Just want to post random cat pics?

Why?

I feel that there is nowhere to really talk about the bad games that players get. Reddit doesn't have a place. LoL boards doesn't either. I think that this could reduce toxicity in LoL a lot as well, since people now instead of raging at teammates in game, they can complain on the boards. Other players who have similar complaints can also empathize with players who had a bad game.
