To assist an employee if a manual review is done. But I'm sure you knew this because this reeks of a troll thread.
How often is a manual review done these days? They just slack off and let the automated system do their work and just cash the paycheck.
They should have put more effort into encouraging active and responsible tribunal use rather than letting a robot decide what is okay and what isn't.
