If you are doing it just to grief your team and for no other reason then it is.

If you genuinely believe that is what you need to do to win then it is fine, and sometimes even necessary.

I would suggest telling your team what you are doing and to play safe in a polite way if that is your strat. Communication is key.

No its not. If your team is feeding REALLY hard, and your not fed, then your best chance is to AFK farm so you can carry late. Otherwise your boned.

I hope not. If my team is losing hard and they want to teamfight anyways, I'll completely ignore their requests for help. I try to farm myself back into the game instead of throwing the game in one wanna-be epic teamfight.
