Suspension still stands after 2 weeks up.

I got a suspension which, according to the text I received, was supposed to end on 4/4/2017 at 9:33 PM. The time has passed yet the suspension still stands. Can anyone tell me why ?

Check the time zone -- it's possible the suspension time is written as per Riot HQ's time, which is PST -- so it's only 6:30ish PM there right now. If it's still around at 12:33 AM Eastern Standard, I'd submit a ticket.

guess its cali time :D so 11:33 east 10:33 central
