MILDLY TOXIC and annoyance over bad teams, but no the REAL reason I was perma banned is because i got one game where i said a slur ONCE out of any harmful context and got a 14 day ban. so because of the 14 day ban over ONE WORD now mildly toxic games that would only warrant a chat restriction get me perma banned.

Im not even appealing this, im just pointing out how flawed this system is.

I never had any punishments and then i said one word ONE TIME in no harmful or toxic context, and then was banned for it oh well.

but because of that 14 day ban now three games that have similar connotations to players who get chat restrictions, got me perma banned.

do with this what you will league community but @riot: your system is seriously flawed when it never takes in context OF ANYTHING.

Things don’t warrant a certain punishment in League. They warrant punishment, or no punishment. There is no distinction between mildly and majorly negative (except for hate speech, etc).

You were warned in your 14 day ban that negative behavior would result in a permanent suspension. You were actually quite negative here. This wasn’t mild at all. You spend almost the entire game harassing your temamates and blaming them for the loss, either directly or indirectly.

Chat exists so that you can coordinate strategies with your team, not so that you can posture your philosophical beliefs to the world. You spent way too much time chatting about pointless things when you could instead have been playing or setting up strategies.

First few sentences you type are an immediate indicator that it's best if your entire team mutes you asap. yes, the guy is an idiot for learning to play a champion in ranked but by starting an argument and spreading your negative attitude you re just making the game worse for everyone and decreasing the chances of winning. Then throughout the entire game you keep talking, arguing and trying to get your point across instead of doing what you re supposed to which is helping your team to win. Both of you are equally detrimential to the game, ban deserved 100%.

Banning is done in tiers. That 14 day ban message makes it very clear that if you exhibit behavior warranting ANY punishment then you will be permanently banned.

Though I have to agree with you about Aatrox and people playing champs they're not familiar with in ranked in order "to learn". That shit SHOULD be punishable or at least make an option that you have to play a champ in so many normal games before you can play him or her in ranked. It's hard enough to climb as it is, I definitely don't want to get matched with someone who wants to "try Aatrox".
